What is two-step dropshipping?
In regular dropshipping, your supplier ships every order directly to the customer, often from overseas. In two-step dropshipping, your supplier ships inventory in bulk to a US fulfillment warehouse first. When a customer orders, the warehouse picks, packs and ships it domestically.
How it works
- Step one: your supplier sends a bulk shipment to the US warehouse by sea or air.
- Step two: each customer order ships from the US warehouse with domestic tracking.

Is two-step dropshipping more expensive?
You pay for bulk stock, inbound freight, storage and fulfillment, but bulk freight is usually cheaper per unit than individual international parcels, and faster delivery reduces refunds.
Can my AliExpress or 1688 supplier ship to a US warehouse?
Most suppliers can ship cartons or pallets to a US warehouse address. We receive, count and inspect them before stock goes live.
Can you ship in my own branding?
Yes. We can use your custom boxes, mailers, inserts and thank-you cards.
