Fulfilled by Merchant (FBM) means you, or a 3PL like us, store and ship your Amazon orders instead of sending stock to Amazon’s warehouses. You keep control of inventory and avoid FBA storage fees.
Many sellers keep backup stock at a 3PL to avoid running out when FBA limits capacity, and to fulfill orders from other channels with the same inventory.
Yes. Returns can come back to our warehouse, where each item is inspected, graded and restocked, repackaged or disposed of according to your rules.
